Michael A. Angelini
Mr. Angelini is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law and was
admitted in the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Bar of the State
of Pennsylvania in 1978. He is also admitted to the U. S.
Supreme Court. His areas of practice concentration include
government law, plaintiff personal injury and civil and commercial litigation.
He has held positions as Solicitor, General and Special Counsel to
numerous government entities. he has served as Chairman of the
Gloucester County Democrat Committee since 1998.
Carl B. Viniar
Mr. Viniar is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and was
admitted to the Bar in 1976. His areas of practice concentration include
commercial real estate, land use and development, zoning, contract
preparation, review and negotiation and mediation. He is an adjunct
professor at Rutgers University School of Law.
Richard P. Freedman
Mr. Freedman is a graduate of Temple University School of Law and was
admitted to the Bar in 1975. His areas of practice concentration include
wills, estates, trust, guardianships, inheritance tax issues, the sale and
purchase of real estate, and the formation and dissolution of corporations
and partnerships. He is a professor at Drexel University.
James P. Pierson
Mr. Pierson is a graduate of Loyola Law School of Law and was admitted
to the Bar in 1989. His areas of practice concentration include government law,
collections, commercial law, and municipal court representation.
Maria DeTitto
Ms. DeTitto is a graduate of Widener University School of Law and was
admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 2001. Her areas of
practice concentration include government law, construction, contracts,
personal injury, land use, and civil and
commercial litigation.
Jeffrey A. Daniels
Mr. Daniels graduated from
Western Maryland College in May
1996 with a Bachelor of Arts
(BA) degree. Mr. Daniels
was commissioned as a Second
Lieutenant in the United State
Army in May 1996 and served as
an officer in the Army from May
1996 to August 2000 where
he attained the rank of Captain.
Mr. Daniels participated in the
Widener University Dual Degree
Program (JD/MBA) from August
2000 to May 2004. Mr.
Daniels graduated Cum Laude from
Widener University School of Law
in 2004 where he completed
specialized studies in Business
Organizations Law with Honors.
Mr. Daniels also graduated from
Widener University School of
Business Administration in 2004
where he earned a Masters in
Business Administration (MBA)
and Beta Gamma Sigma honors.
Mr. Daniels was admitted to the
Bar of the State of New Jersey
in December 2004. Mr.
Daniels areas of practice
concentration include land use
and development, zoning,
corporate and business law, wills, estates, trusts, commercial and residential real estate,
government law, contract preparation, review and negotiation, and collections.
Alicia D. Hoffmeyer
Mrs. Hoffmeyer is a graduate of
the University of Pennsylvania
and was admitted into the Bar of
the State of New Jersey
and the Bar of the State of
Pennsylvania in 2008. Her areas
of practice are family law,
collection, landlord/tenant law
wills including living wills and
powers of attorney, and estates
and trusts.
